Petitions for Reconsideration and Clarification Filed in FCC Rulemaking Proceeding

Several organizations, including Custer Telephone Cooperative, Inc., NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association, and Madison Telephone Company, have submitted petitions to the FCC seeking reconsideration and clarification of their actions in a recent rulemaking proceeding, filed by Mary J. Sisak, Michael R. Romano, and Robert W. Schwartz on behalf of their respective clients, Derrick B. Owens representing WTA-Advocates For Rural Broadband.
