Use of Spectrum Bands Above 24 GHz for Mobile Radio Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on proposed rules to expand the use of high-frequency spectrum bands for mobile radio services, including the 37 GHz band, and to refine existing rules for sharing and coordination. The proposed rules aim to support innovative uses such as IoT and machine-to-machine communications, while ensuring consistency with terrestrial use of the bands.
