FCC Amends System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has updated its system of records, FCC/OMD-17, to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, allowing the public to file Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and appeals through the online portal FOIAonline, which the FCC began using in February 2015.
