FCC Amends Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for Small Wireless Antennas Deployment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has executed a first amendment to its Nationwide Programmatic Agreement for the Collocation of Wireless Antennas, addressing the review of small wireless antenna deployments under the National Historic Preservation Act, following a collaboration with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers.
