FCC Proposes Changes to Private Land Mobile Radio Spectrum Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on proposals to revise its rules governing private land mobile radio services, including allowing incumbent licensees to apply for additional frequencies before they are made available to new applicants, and expanding the use of certain frequencies for private land mobile radio services.
