Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2016

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has revised its Schedule of Regulatory Fees for fiscal year 2016 to collect $384,012,497, as mandated by Congress. This change is in accordance with Section 9 of the Communications Act of 1934, which requires annual assessments and amendments to the fee schedule.
