US FCC to Consider Rules for Mobile Broadband and Roaming, Business Data Services, and Special Access

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider several reports and proposals related to mobile broadband, roaming, business data services, and special access, including a report on the Mobility Fund and a unified roaming standard, as well as a petition from AT&T to reform regulation of incumbent local exchange carrier rates for interstate special access services.
