Purified Carboxymethylcellulose From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an antidumping duty review on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from Mexico, covering the period from July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009. The review focused on Quimica Amtex, S.A. de C.V. (Amtex), and resulted in a change to the margin calculations, leading to a difference from the preliminary results.
