FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Vape Shop Labeling Requirements

The FDA has published a draft guidance document clarifying the labeling requirements for tobacco products sold in vape shops, outlining the percentage of foreign and domestic grown tobacco and the circumstances under which retailers may be subject to additional regulations.
