FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Customer Satisfaction Surveys

The Food and Drug Administration is seeking public input on a proposed collection of customer satisfaction surveys, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and in accordance with Executive Order 12862.
