FDA Clears TIMOPTIC Ophthalmic Solution for Continued Sale

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has ruled that TIMOPTIC (timolol maleate ophthalmic solution), 0.25 percent and 0.5 percent, was not withdrawn from sale due to safety or effectiveness concerns, allowing the drug to remain on the market.
