Coast Guard Updates Bridge Operation Regulation in Paulsboro, NJ

The US Coast Guard is updating the operating regulations for the Conrail Railroad Bridge over Mantua Creek in Paulsboro, NJ, allowing for remote bridge operation and eliminating the need for train crews to inspect the waterway before closing the bridge. The changes will be implemented after the installation of cameras and the relocation of bridge closure equipment to Mt. Laurel, NJ.
