Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Low Country Splash Swimming Race

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create a temporary moving safety zone along the Wando River, Cooper River, and Charleston Harbor in South Carolina on May 30, 2015, to protect participants, spectators, and the general public during the Low Country Splash swimming race.
