Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones and Regulated Navigation Area for Shell Arctic Drilling Operations

The US Coast Guard is setting up temporary safety zones around vessels involved in Royal Dutch Shell's Arctic oil drilling and exploration, as well as a designated area for individuals exercising their First Amendment rights to protest the operations.
