Agency Information Collection Activities: Visa Waiver Program Carrier Agreement

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public comment on extending the Visa Waiver Program Carrier Agreement (CBP Form I-775) without changes to burden hours or collected information. The request is submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
