ATF Submits Information Collection Request for Records of Acquisition and Disposition, Dealers of Type 01/02 Firearms, and Collectors of Type 03 Firearms

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is requesting public comments on a revised information collection, OMB 1140-0032, which tracks records of firearms acquisitions and dispositions, as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
