DEA Proposes Scheduling of 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-Iodoamphetamine (DOI) and 2,5-Dimethoxy-4-Chloroamphetamine (DOC) as Schedule I Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to place DOI and DOC, two phenethylamine hallucinogens, under Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, in order to comply with the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances and impose regulatory controls on handling these substances.
