DEA Proposes to Revoke Exemptions for Most Butalbital Products

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing to revoke the exempted prescription product status for all butalbital products, subjecting them to schedule III controls under the Controlled Substances Act, and making changes to regulations to clarify exemptions and listing of exempted products.
