US Fish and Wildlife Service to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed Endangered Species Listing for Atlantic Sturgeon

The US Fish and Wildlife Service will hold four public hearings in November 2010 to gather comments and answer questions on a proposal to list the Gulf of Maine, New York Bight, and Chesapeake Bay distinct population segments of Atlantic sturgeon as threatened and endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
