DEA Places Methoxetamine (MXE) in Schedule I to Meet International Obligations

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule placing methoxetamine, a synthetic substance, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, effective immediately, to comply with international treaty requirements and impose strict controls on its handling and distribution.
