ATF Requests Public Comment on New Information Collection for Firearm Transfer Forms

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on a new information collection request for eComments related to the application for tax-exempt transfer and registration of firearm-ATF Form 5 (5320.5), as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 review process.
