ATF to Submit Information Collection Request for Limited Permittee Transaction Report-ATF Form 5400.4

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection request, OMB 1140-0025, which will replace the Explosives Delivery Record--ATF Form 5400.8, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
