DEA Submits Information Collection Request for Annual Reporting Requirement on Listed Chemicals

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for an annual reporting requirement related to manufacturers of listed chemicals, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on May 6, 2022.
