Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection of eComments Requested; Extension With Change, of a Currently Approved Collection

The Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, Department of Justice is requesting OMB review and approval for an information collection, which includes submitting a request for public comments, and extending the collection with changes, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
