ATF Requests OMB Approval for New Information Collection: Limited Permittee Transaction Report-ATF Form 5400.4

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, the Limited Permittee Transaction Report-ATF Form 5400.4, which will be used to collect eComments and is part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requirements.
