Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Requests Review of Information Collection for Exporting NFA Firearms

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information from applicants transporting or temporarily exporting National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms, following a significant increase in respondents and responses since the last renewal in 2019.
