Bureau Announces Plan to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for New Federal Prison in Kentucky

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has announced its intention to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed federal correctional institution and prison camp in Letcher County, Kentucky, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
