Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Requests Review of Proposed Information Collection for Firearm Registration Form

The ATF is seeking public comments on a revised version of its Application to Make and Register a Firearm (ATF Form 1) due to changes from the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, which was enacted on December 19, 2022.
