DEA Corrects Rule on Revocation, Suspension, or Denial of Pharmaceutical Registration

The Drug Enforcement Agency is revising a rule published on November 14, 2022, to clarify the effective date of the rule, which is now 30 days after publication, not immediately upon publication as previously stated.
