EPA Extends Comment Period on Proposed Settlement Agreement for Findett/Hayford Bridge Road Groundwater Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for a proposed settlement agreement related to claims at the Findett/Hayford Bridge Road Groundwater Superfund Site, which is being addressed under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
