ATF Requests OMB Approval for Revised Collection of FEL Out of Business Records

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval to revise its FEL Out of Business Records collection, which has seen an increase in respondents and associated costs since its last renewal in 2019.
