DEA Removes Fenfluramine From Controlled Substances Schedule

The Drug Enforcement Administration has removed fenfluramine, a previously schedule IV controlled substance, from the Controlled Substances Act schedules, effective immediately, eliminating regulatory controls and sanctions on its handling and possession.
