US Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for PG&E's Eagle Conservation Plan

The US Fish and Wildlife Service plans to prepare a draft environmental impact statement for Pacific Gas and Electric Company's proposed Eagle Conservation Plan, which aims to minimize the impact of the company's operations on bald and golden eagles in California, and requests a 30-year permit for eagle take under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.
