Notice of Availability of Final Environmental Impact Statement for TransWest Express 600-kV DC Transmission Project

The Bureau of Land Management and other federal agencies announce the availability of the final environmental impact statement for the TransWest Express 600-kV direct current transmission project, which analyzes the potential environmental consequences of granting a right-of-way to TransWest Express, LLC to construct and operate an extra-high voltage direct current transmission system.
