Pacific Gas and Electric Seeks 5-Year Extension of Safe Harbor Agreement for Endangered Species in Antioch Dunes

Pacific Gas and Electric has submitted a request to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a 5-year extension of its Safe Harbor Agreement for the protection of federally endangered species, including the Lange's metalmark butterfly and Antioch Dunes evening primrose, located in the Antioch Dunes in Contra Costa County, California.
