US Department of Agriculture Announces Availability of Final Environmental Assessment for Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Control

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has completed a final environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for a national approach to controlling highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreaks in the US, concluding that the plan will not significantly affect the environment.
