U.S. Extends Credit Period for Indian Coal Production, Adjusts Inflation Factor for 2017

The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 has extended the credit period for Indian coal production from 11 years to 12 years, starting from January 1, 2006, and also adjusts the inflation adjustment factor for the 2017 calendar year.
