FinCEN Requests Comments on Renewal of Foreign Bank Information Collections

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is seeking public comment on the proposed renewal of existing regulations requiring foreign banks and their agents to maintain records for service of legal process, with no changes to record-keeping requirements or termination of correspondent accounts.
