Internal Revenue Service Requests Public Comment on Multiemployer Plan Election Procedures
The IRS is seeking public input on changes to procedures for multiemployer plans, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
