Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations to Remove Cension Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation from SMIC's List of Approved Facilities in China

The Bureau of Industry and Security has amended the Export Administration Regulations to remove Cension Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation from Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation's list of approved facilities in China due to a material change at SMIC, without establishing new licensing requirements or restrictions for exports to the facility.
