US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Italian Pasta Duties
The US Department of Commerce has launched a review of antidumping duties on Italian pasta, following a request from La Molisana S.p.A., which claims to be the successor of La Molisana Industrie Alimentari S.p.A., a company involved in previous reviews of the pasta order.
