Bureau of Industry and Security Clarifies Defense Priorities and Allocations System Regulations

The Bureau of Industry and Security has revised its regulations to clarify standards and procedures for prioritizing national defense contracts and allocating materials, services, and facilities to support emergency preparedness activities, in accordance with the Defense Production Act Reauthorization of 2009.
