Purified Carboxymethylcellulose From Finland; Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) imports from Finland, following a request from Ashland Specialty Ingredients, a division of Hercules Inc. Preliminary results show that CP Kelco Oy did not sell CMC at below-market prices during the review period.
