BNP Paribas S.A. and Others Seek Temporary Reprieve from Guilty Plea Order

BNP Paribas S.A. and its affiliates have received a temporary exemption from a U.S. law, allowing them to avoid certain penalties for guilty pleas entered in 2014, as part of plea agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice and the New York County District Attorney's Office.
