NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Exclude Russell Index Reconstitution Date from ETP Holder Fees

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to exclude the annual reconstitution date of the Russell Investments Indexes from the calculation of ETP holder average daily volume and consolidated ADV for billing purposes.
