Washington State Issues Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Removal in Woodard Bay

The Washington State Department of Natural Resources has been granted permission to take marine mammals by harassment while removing derelict creosote piling and structures in the Woodard Bay Natural Resources Conservation Area, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
