EPA Seeks Renewal of Clean Air Act Tribal Authority for Review and Approval by OMB

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of its Clean Air Act Tribal Authority, a collection of information related to tribal air quality programs, for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The request is made in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), and comments are invited from the public.
