EPA Proposes Approval of Kansas' Infrastructure SIP for 2010 Nitrogen Dioxide NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve elements of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission from the State of Kansas, addressing the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) section 110 for the 2010 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
