Oklahoma Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revision

The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) has received final authorization from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to implement changes to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA has deemed the changes satisfactory and is authorizing the state's revisions through an immediate final rule, effective immediately unless written comments opposing the authorization are received during the comment period.
