EPA Proposes Approval of Arizona's Revised Emissions Inventories for Nogales Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) concerning 2008 and 2010 emissions inventories for the 2006 24-hour fine particle (PM 2.5) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for the Nogales PM 2.5 nonattainment area, as required by the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act).
